계정 삭제 요청 이메일 보내기

메일 앱이 열리지 않으면 adasoft2025@gmail.com으로 직접 보내 주세요.

  1. 제목을 “Ddaengmadoku 계정 삭제 요청”으로 적어 주세요.
  2. 연결한 Google 이메일 주소와 게임 닉네임을 알려 주세요. 가능하면 해당 Google 이메일 계정에서 요청해 주세요.
  3. 연결하지 않은 게스트 계정은 닉네임과 계정을 찾을 수 있는 정보를 먼저 알려 주세요. 본인 확인에 필요한 추가 절차를 안내합니다. 닉네임만으로 소유권을 확인하거나 다른 사람의 계정을 삭제하지 않습니다.
  4. 담당자가 소유권을 확인한 뒤 삭제 절차, 예정일 및 보존되는 정보를 안내합니다. 삭제 전 취소가 필요하면 같은 이메일 대화로 요청해 주세요.

비밀번호, 인증 코드, 신분증 또는 결제 정보를 보내지 마세요. Google 계정 자체는 삭제되지 않습니다. 게스트 계정의 로그인 정보와 기기 데이터를 모두 잃었다면 소유권 확인이 어려울 수 있으므로 담당자에게 상황을 알려 주세요.

앱에서 요청

  1. 게임의 설정 → 계정 삭제를 선택합니다. 연결 계정이 필요한 경우 먼저 Google 연결을 진행합니다.
  2. 연결 계정으로 재인증한 후 삭제 요청을 완료합니다.
  3. 화면에 표시되는 삭제 예정일을 확인합니다. 요청 후 7일의 유예 기간이 있으며 삭제가 시작되기 전 취소할 수 있습니다.

무엇이 삭제되나요?

집계된 랭킹은 계정·프로필 연결을 제거한 상태로 남을 수 있습니다. 계정 ID가 없는 삭제 처리 결과·오류 코드는 30일 보존합니다. 외부 서비스의 백업·접속 로그 및 광고 데이터는 해당 제공업체의 계약·설정·보존 주기에 따라 처리되며 요청 시 관련 사항을 안내합니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 확인해 주세요.

앱을 지우는 것만으로 서버 계정이 삭제되지는 않습니다. 기기의 게임 데이터는 Android 앱 저장공간 설정에서 삭제할 수 있습니다.

제공받은 심사용 데모 계정으로 로그인한 경우에도 설정의 계정 삭제 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다. 데모 계정 이메일과 비밀번호로 재인증하며, 7일 유예 기간 동안 같은 계정으로 재인증하여 삭제 요청을 철회할 수 있습니다. 일반 Google 계정 사용자는 기존 Google 재인증 경로를 이용합니다.

You can request deletion of your Ddaengmadoku: Logic Puzzle game account without reinstalling the app.

Email adasoft2025@gmail.com with the subject “Ddaengmadoku account deletion request”. Include your linked Google email and game nickname. Where possible, send it from that linked email. For an unlinked guest account, describe the account and contact support for ownership verification. A nickname alone is not sufficient proof. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, identity documents or payment information.

Support will verify ownership and explain the deletion process, scheduled date and retained information. Reply in the same email conversation to request cancellation before deletion begins. Your Google account itself is not deleted.

For an operator-provided review demo account, use Settings → Delete account and reauthenticate with that app account email and password. The same credentials can cancel the request during the seven-day grace period before deletion starts. Google-linked users continue to use Google reauthentication.

In the app, open Settings → Delete account and reauthenticate with your linked account; connect Google first if needed. In-app requests have a seven-day cancellation period. Deletion removes the game account, profile, cloud progress, inventory and personal reward/transaction records from the operational game database. Historical rankings may remain without account/profile links. Account-free deletion audit records expire after 30 days. Provider backups, logs and advertising data follow applicable provider contracts and retention cycles; support will explain relevant details. See the privacy notice. Local data can be removed in Android app storage settings. Uninstalling alone does not delete your server account.
