땡마도쿠 개인정보처리방침

에이다소프트(ADASOFT)는 땡마도쿠: 빵 셔틀 구하기(Ddaengmadoku: Logic Puzzle)의 계정, 게임 진행 저장, 랭킹, 보상 및 광고 기능에서 다음과 같이 정보를 처리합니다.

1. 수집 항목과 이용 목적

계정·저장·랭킹 등 온라인 기능은 관련 정보를 서버로 전송합니다. Google 비밀번호를 게임에서 입력받지 않습니다. 게임 기능에서 카메라, 마이크, 연락처 또는 정밀 GPS 위치를 수집하지 않습니다.

심사용 데모 계정은 운영자가 제공하는 별도 앱 계정입니다. 데모 로그인과 계정 삭제 재인증에는 해당 계정의 이메일과 비밀번호를 사용합니다. 비밀번호는 TLS로 인증 서버에 전달되어 해시 기준으로 검증되며 게임 기기에 저장하지 않습니다. 이 계정은 일반 게임 계정의 기능만 사용하며 운영자 권한을 갖지 않습니다.

2. 랭킹에 공개되는 정보

랭킹 참가 시 닉네임, 선택한 캐릭터와 국가, 순위 및 플레이 기록이 다른 이용자에게 표시됩니다. 이름, 연락처 등 개인정보가 들어간 닉네임을 사용하지 않도록 주의해 주세요.

3. 서비스 제공업체와 광고

서울에 게임 데이터베이스가 있다는 것이 모든 인증·광고 처리가 국내에서만 이루어진다는 뜻은 아닙니다. 외부 서비스의 처리에는 국외 서버가 사용될 수 있으며 해당 업체의 데이터 처리 약정과 개인정보 정책이 적용됩니다. 게임에서 업체에 맡기는 데이터에 관한 문의와 삭제 요청은 에이다소프트에 접수할 수 있습니다.

4. 보유 기간과 삭제 범위

정보보유·삭제 방식
게임 인증 계정·연결 정보, 프로필, 클라우드 진행, 아이템 재고·거래와 개인 보상 내역서비스 이용 중 보유합니다. 계정 삭제가 실행되면 운영 데이터베이스에서 삭제됩니다.
계정 삭제 요청앱에서 재인증 후 요청하면 요청 시점부터 7일의 유예 기간을 둡니다. 유예 중 취소할 수 있습니다. 서버 처리 작업이 삭제를 실행하며, 통신·처리 장애가 있으면 재시도합니다.
과거 랭킹 집계 기록최종 순위의 일관성을 위해 계정·프로필 연결을 제거한 기록을 보존할 수 있습니다. 삭제 계정의 닉네임, 국가 및 개인 프로필은 표시하지 않습니다.
삭제 처리 감사 기록계정 ID를 기록하지 않는 처리 결과·오류 코드를 30일 보존한 후 정리합니다.
외부 서비스의 백업·접속 로그 및 광고 데이터서비스 제공업체의 계약·설정·보존 주기에 따라 제한적으로 남을 수 있습니다. 삭제 요청 시 관련 처리 범위와 보존 사항을 안내합니다. 업체가 독립적으로 처리하는 광고 정보에는 해당 업체의 정책 및 권리 행사 절차도 적용됩니다.

이 안내의 삭제 범위는 게임의 서버 계정과 연결된 데이터입니다. 기기에 남은 게임 데이터는 Android의 앱 저장공간 설정에서 지울 수 있습니다. 앱 삭제만으로 서버 계정이 삭제되지는 않습니다. 법령에 따라 별도 보관이 필요한 경우 그 근거와 기간을 안내합니다.

5. 개인정보 권리와 광고 선택

설정에서 프로필 변경과 계정 삭제 요청을 할 수 있습니다. 앱을 이용할 수 없는 경우에도 계정 삭제 안내에 따라 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다. 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 제한 또는 동의 철회에 관한 문의도 아래 연락처로 접수해 주세요. 본인 확인에 필요한 최소한의 정보를 요청할 수 있습니다.

광고 개인정보 선택이 필요한 지역에서는 앱 설정의 해당 메뉴로 선택을 변경할 수 있습니다. Android 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수도 있습니다. 광고 선택과 지역에 따라 제공되는 광고 및 식별자 처리 방식이 달라질 수 있습니다.

6. 보호 조치

게임 서버와 광고 SDK는 전송 중 TLS 암호화를 사용합니다. 게임 서버는 계정 인증과 접근 권한 검사를 적용하고, 다른 계정의 저장 데이터에 대한 접근을 제한합니다. 문의에 비밀번호, 인증 코드 또는 신분증 사본을 보내지 마세요.

ADASOFT operates Ddaengmadoku: Logic Puzzle (Korean title: 땡마도쿠: 빵 셔틀 구하기).

Information and purposes

We process game account IDs and sessions; optional Google account identifiers, email and basic profile information; your nickname, chosen country and provided character ID; game progress, results, scores, times, rankings, inventory and reward transactions. These support authentication, cloud saves, leaderboards, rewards and fraud prevention. We also process contact details and messages you send for support or deletion requests. Google passwords are not entered into the game. The game does not offer personal photo uploads or collect camera, microphone, contacts or precise GPS location data.

Leaderboard participants’ nickname, chosen character and country, rank and game records are visible to other players. Avoid personal details in your nickname.

Operator-provided review demo accounts are separate app accounts. Their email and password are used for sign-in and account-deletion reauthentication. Passwords are sent to the authentication server over TLS, verified against stored password hashes, and are not saved on the game device. These accounts use ordinary game features and have no administrative access.

Providers

Supabase provides game authentication, database and server functions. The game database is hosted in Seoul, South Korea. Provider operations, support and logging can involve its subprocessors. Google provides optional sign-in and AdMob/UMP. Its advertising SDK can collect and share IP addresses, device/account identifiers, interactions and diagnostic information for ads, analytics and fraud prevention. Authentication and advertising processing can use international infrastructure. The provider policy and data-processing links above contain further details.

Retention and deletion

Account, profile, cloud progress, inventory and personal reward/transaction data remain while the service is used and are removed from the operational game database when account deletion completes. An in-app deletion request has a seven-day cancellation period before the scheduled server deletion. Processing failures are retried. Historical rankings may remain after account/profile links are removed; the deleted user’s nickname and country are not displayed. Deletion outcome/error audit records contain no account ID and expire after 30 days. Provider backups, service logs and independently processed advertising data may remain under applicable provider contracts, settings and retention cycles; contact us for the relevant scope and retention information. Local device data can be removed in Android app storage settings. Uninstalling alone does not delete the server account.

Your choices and contact

Use game settings or the account deletion page to request deletion. Send privacy access, correction, deletion, restriction or consent-withdrawal requests to adasoft2025@gmail.com. We may need minimal information to verify ownership. Where required, ad privacy choices are available in game settings. Android settings also allow you to reset or delete the advertising ID. Game server and ad SDK traffic use TLS. Do not send passwords, verification codes or identity documents.
